How Do I Place An Order?​

Super easy! We're set up right here on our website for online orders. Just select your items from the "HOME" page and click on the Shopping Bag Icon in the lower right hand corner to review your order. We have options built right in for safe and secure credit card or PayPal transactions. However, if you wish to pay by cash or email transfer, we have that as an option, too! Go ahead and place your order, and select "cash or email transfer." We'll contact you before we process your order to arrange payment, but you can jump the gun by sending your email transfer to


Shipping and Delivery

Since all of our orders are processed right here in Edmonton, we can ship them out to you in a jiffy! While most of our orders are printed and processed in four business days, occasionally we need to wait for new stock to come in, so please expect a possible wait time of two weeks for your order. We are a small company run by real people, however, so if you need your order by a specific deadline, please contact us and we'll make sure your order is processed in time. We're also happy to offer free pick-up in Alberta Beach or Clareview. If you select the pick-up option at checkout, we'll send you an email to arrange a pick-up time when your order is ready.  If you're ever unsure about what delivery method to choose, we're always available for consultation either via the chat window or by email.

What if I Want a Custom Order?

We're happy to work with you on a custom design! Just fill out the form on the "CUSTOM" page and we'll contact you as soon as we can with a quote. Provide us with as much detail as you can. What would you like the design to look like? Any particular font or colors you'd like for the print? Do you you know what size or color you want the shirt to be? Also, if you have a specific deadline for when you need your order completed by, just let us know and we'll let you know if it's possible. You can also send us an email at

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy! Send us an email at if there is any issue with your order and we'll do what we can to make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to refund the full cost of your order if you have added custom text, but we will do what we can to make you happy. We do recommend that you review our sizing charts prior to placing your order, as wholesale T-shirts often fit differently than regular retail sizes. However, if you've placed an order and the status has not yet changed to "shipped," send us an email if you'd like helping choosing the correct size.
